One month from today, North Carolina will vote in the primary election. But the truth is we don’t have a full month to prepare — North Carolinians will start casting ballots in the primary next Thursday, February 12th.

That means we have a matter of days left to spread our message and bring folks into the campaign. It also means I need your help right now. Can you pitch in before early voting starts?

John, national Republicans made it clear they're ready to open their wallets and make this the most expensive U.S. Senate race in American history.

It’s no secret as to why: They know we have what it takes to flip this Senate seat blue for the first time since 2008, so they're lining up mega-donors and PACs ready to pour money into North Carolina to try to defeat us. My opponent, Michael Whatley, has the entire Republican establishment behind him — including the president — and they're not going to hold anything back.

But here's what I know: We can win this race.

I've won tough statewide campaigns here in North Carolina before, and I know how to do it again: with grassroots supporters like you stepping up to power us to victory.

When you and your neighbors head to early voting sites next week, we need to be ready. We need to finish this primary strong and head into the general election with the momentum and resources to take on everything the far-right will throw at us.
