USICH Strategic Plan Comments The U.S. Interagency Council on Homelessness (USICH) announced in June that it would be working to update the coordinated Federal plan to end homelessness. The National Low Income Housing Coalition has released its annual Out Of Reach report, on how UNaffordable housing is right now. Comedian W. Kamau Bell's CNN Series United Shades of America has just started its fifth season. The August 30th show will examine homelessness.
