The eagle-eyed among you may have noticed that on Saturday night a Texas State Senate District that Trump won by 17 points elected Democratic union-leader Taylor Rehmet. This flip represents a 31-point swing from the 2024 results!

This is great news for Texas. BUT, it has also alerted Republicans to the fact that their grip is slipping. So, they upped their mailings against our own candidate and football coach running in HD-35, Luke Kruse. 

You've helped us rally to support Luke in his fight for a state government that delivers on the common sense needs of his community.

While his opponent was strutting around the Capitol & the Speaker's Ball acting like he'd already won, Luke was out knocking on the doors. The Republicans finally noticed and we have them panicked. 

Because of your help, we were able to work with Luke's team to respond. This is a tremendous win for your renewed Democratic Party going on offense in districts Republicans thought they could ignore -- thank you for making it happen! 

What we need now in this last week to turn this opportunity into momentum for Oklahoma is your time. We need your help knocking on doors to ensure we can turn out Luke's supporters, and catch overconfident Republican insiders by surprise. 

We have sent staff, volunteers, candidates, and elected Democrats to Luke's district to help excite and mobilize voters. 

We've sent in fresh teammates to help Luke, but now it's up to all of us to show up and support the campaign in this final week. 

Your support and enthusiasm have made this race winnable. Luke's an incredible candidate who resonates with his neighbors. Your support is what made it possible for us to find Luke, help him get everything he needed to run a winning campaign, and to amplify his great work.
