DIFS Director Anita Fox Selected to Serve in Leadership Roles for the National Association of Insurance Commissioners & the International Association of Insurance Supervisors Media Contact: [email protected] FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: February 3, 2026 (LANSING, MICH) Michigan Department of Insurance and Financial Services (DIFS) Director Anita Fox has once again been selected to serve in several key roles at the National Association of Insurance Commissioners (NAIC) and at the International Association of Insurance Supervisors (IAIS) in 2026. These roles will ensure that Michigan has a strong voice in insurance regulation and public policy development. “Michigan has a long-standing tradition of being a national leader in the development of insurance policy, and I am proud to continue that legacy this year,” said Director Fox. “I look forward to collaborating with my fellow regulators, the NAIC and the IAIS, in their efforts to enhance consumer protections, ensure equitable access to insurance, and reduce costs for consumers.”
