As this winter storm continues to impact many communities across Tennessee, my first concern is your safety and well-being, and that of your family.

Severe weather can be unpredictable, but help is available. I want to make sure every Tennessean knows where to turn if you need assistance.

The Tennessee Disaster Information Line is available to support Tennesseans impacted by Winter Storm Fern who may still need information, resources, or assistance as recovery efforts continue across the state.

Hours of operation:

Monday – Saturday: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. (Central Time)

Sunday: Noon – 6:00 p.m. (Central Time)
