Dear Friend,

I wanted to make sure you saw that Access Health CT recently announced that it will hold a special Open Enrollment period, beginning February 1st, for individuals who qualify for state financial support. The state program was established by Governor Lamont to replace the Affordable Care Act Enhanced Premium Tax Credits which expired at the end of 2025. To enroll in an Access Health CT insurance plan during the special Open Enrollment period, you must be eligible for the state subsidy program; eligibility requirements can be found here. Read on for additional information regarding Connecticut’s health care subsidy program. Please contact my office at (203) 333-6600 if you have questions and a member of my staff will assist you.

Sincerely,

Jim
