Friend, I know things feel unbearably heavy right now.
ICE is still terrorizing our communities. Donald Trump’s lawlessness and cruelty is still out of control. And it feels like our entire democracy is at stake.
But I still have hope. Because Minnesotans have shown up - and haven’t backed down. 50,000 of us marched in frigid temperatures to demand ICE OUT of Minnesota. Neighbors are dropping off groceries to families who are unable to leave their homes. And everywhere I turn, I see Minnesotans who care about each other.
On February 3rd, we have another opportunity to make our voice heard and stand up for each other: DFL Precinct Caucuses.
We have a choice to make, Minnesota. Do you want a senator who enabled Trump's cruel ICE chaos? Or a senator who has and will always stand up for safety for our immigrant neighbors?
To me, the answer is clear.
If you’re ready for a representative who is ready to stand up for EVERY Minnesotan, not just when it's politically expedient, then I encourage you to show up to your DFL precinct caucus on February 3rd at 7:00 PM.
The caucus is the first step on my path to the US Senate. It’s where Minnesotans decide who receives the Minnesota DFL endorsement. Showing up to the caucus and raising your hand to be a delegate is another way to stand up for yourself and for your neighbors.
This is important. So please make a plan to caucus on February 3rd.
When I go to Washington, I’m not going alone. Every single person on this grassroots team -- and every Minnesotan -- is coming with me. Because this is Minnesota’s seat, and I’m running to be Minnesota’s voice.
