Interview with Channel 14 Arab Affairs Journalist, Achikam Himmelfarb

Achikam will reveal some amazing footage of the interviews he has conducted with the opposition of Hamas in Gaza, as well as with Jews who ventured into Hezbollah-controlled Lebanon.

Achikam is now the lead Israeli journalist and researcher who specializes in Arab Affairs for Channel 14 news. Prior to that, he worked with Itamar Marcus of Palestine Media Watch.

About our Speaker: Ahikam Himmelfarb is a researcher of the Arab world. Currently, he is the correspondent for Arab affairs at the Channel 14 Israel National News media outlet and was once a researcher at the Palestinian Media Watch institute. He served as a reservist interpreter in Arabic and Hebrew at the Ofer Military Court. In his mandatory three-year military service, he served in the IDF Artillery Corps. Ahikam holds a double BA in Arab and Middle East Studies from Bar Ilan University. He publishes papers which focus on issues relating to the politics, governance, social and media affairs at the Palestinian Authority and the Palestinian public.
