I am humbled to share our 2025 Impact Report with you today. It is my hope that this report shines light on the incredible resilience AND resistance of working Angelenos in 2025, through countless moments of crisis.

What it took for our Know Your Rights blitz to reach 9,140 worksites in eight weeks;
How our leadership program for monolingual Spanish speakers is shifting the balance of power in Long Beach;

As we reflect on the past year and share our 2025 Impact Report with you today, we also invite you to join us in 2026 as we tax corporate greed to pay for what we need, support teachers and grocery workers in their fights for fair contracts, push for greener, cooler campuses across LAUSD, and open our 2026 Beth and Julia Meltzer Internship Program for applications.

Because when our communities, our institutions, our families, and our lives are under attack, what do we do? We stand up, we fight back.
