Tonight is the deadline in another one of CGF's signature Second Amendment cases, and meeting it could be a close one.

Specifically, our Litigation Department must clear a fundraising deadline in Linton v. Becerra.

As you know, the Golden State tyrants are trying to imprison and disarm law-abiding gun owners at any cost.

Just this week, the Legislature reconvened early to hear an amended budget bill that would expand the "Assault Weapons" ban.

And the State is still attempting to deny as many people as possible their fundamental rights by slapping them with prohibitions for minor offenses. 

Linton is our line in the sand against this kind of tyranny, and we need your help to keep this critical case on track!
