People do not just want to resist. They want power they can keep when
things get hard. They want to act without waiting, to protect each other
without permission, to know we will not disappear if one organization is
attacked.
That is the kind of power we are building.
Women’s March shifts resources outward because survival as a movement
depends on it. In January alone, we have moved $175,000 directly into
organizations who are fighting for a feminist future in their own
communities. We chose trust over control.
Our movement is built by ordinary people. Ninety-four percent of our
revenue comes from donations averaging $25. No single donor owns it. No
one can shut it down. When we asked our community to support other
organizations, over 7,000 of you stepped up and gave beyond us.
That is what a feminist ecosystem looks like. Shared power. Shared risk.
Shared care.
We use our reach to make others stronger. This is how we endure.
