*"The first player to dab/cover all 5 numbers on their Horse downline ticket, including the last number called on their hold ticket and make their bingo known to a worker or caller before the next number is completely called wins."*
"It is the responsibility of the downline hold ticket player to stop the game. The winning downline hold ticket determines the prize amount of the Sure Bet ticket winner and the bingo ball hold winner."
*Each deal of Sure Bet contains 800 tickets at $1.00 per ticket.*
