Legal Team Led by Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. Sues New York State on Behalf of Families for Denying Lawful Medical Exemptions to School Children

Attorneys Sujata Gibson, Michael H. Sussman, Robert F. Kennedy, Jr. and Mary Holland filed a class action lawsuit last Thursday in Federal Court challenging the constitutionality of New York State’s Department of Health regulations that allow school principals to overrule treating physicians on recommendations about medical exemptions to immunization for medically fragile kids. 

The named plaintiffs, eight New York State families whose valid medical exemptions for their school children were overruled, and Children’s Health Defense (CHD) ask that the court declare the state policy unconstitutional and allow the children back into school.

This widespread practice of rejecting valid medical exemptions is especially bewildering as New York State repealed the religious exemption to vaccination in June 2019, arguing that it was to protect immunocompromised and medically vulnerable children.

An online press conference will take place Thursday, July 30th at 10:00 a.m. ET with the legal team, doctors and several of the plaintiffs (parent and their immunocompromised children who have been refused an education).

FDA Director Peter Marks and the Ever-Shifting COVID Vaccine Narrative

After suckering us into ruinous lockdown awaiting rescue by vaccine, the Pharma grifters are frantically dialing back the expectations they inflated. During an FDA teleconference on July 8, CBER’s Director Peter Marks said FDA is now willing to license COVID vaccines with a dismal 50%—and as low as 30%—efficacy, a humiliating retreat from the Gates/Fauci promise of a vaccine they intend to give to seven billion people in order for society to get back to “normal”.

In Part Two of his four-part series, Dr. Palmer notes we are currently seeing the practical nature of the historical "is it the germ or the terrain" debate playing out with the COVID-19 pandemic. "I am not saying that the virus (germ) is not real and to be considered, but more important than the pathogen is the resistance of the host. Some people get COVID-19 and do not develop symptoms (some estimates as high as 50% or more) or have mild symptoms. On the other hand, some people are overcome by the virus."

It is no wonder that large cities with populations that have higher rates of those predisposing illnesses and high population density are hit harder. History is repeating itself albeit to a lesser degree. Our modern cities are nowhere as bad environmentally as early in the last century, but they do have certain similar characteristics.
