Keith has been fighting back since the day ICE and CBP agents began flooding into Minnesota. He has sued the Department of Homeland Security, collected stories from Minnesotans who’ve experienced or witnessed harm done by federal agents, and asked the courts to issue a restraining order that would end the federal invasion.

Donald Trump and his MAGA allies are coming after Keith because he’s not afraid to stand up to them. When Keith filed his lawsuit against the Trump administration, the Department of Justice retaliated by issuing a subpoena for his office.
