I am running to stop New Hampshire’s First District from falling into the hands of Stephen Miller, Donald Trump, and Kristi Noem.

Ever since Trump’s lying spokesperson Karoline Leavitt ran here and lost badly in 2022, MAGA has been obsessed with settling the score. They want revenge. They want control. And they want this seat.

They picked the wrong district. And the wrong fight. This is who I am.

• First generation Latino American. First in my family born in the United States.
• An international law and human rights attorney who held war criminals to account.
• An Army officer who serves as a public defender for our soldiers.
• An appointee of President Biden at the Pentagon.
• A proud husband to a small business owner.

At a moment when Miller and Noem demonize immigrants every single day, being Latino and first generation carries extra weight. I have never defined myself by one label. But I will never run from who I am or where I come from.



My story is the American story. Work hard. Serve others. Stand up when it matters.

I am proud to have the support of the Latino Victory Fund and Latino leaders across the country to move our country forward.

I am running to take on Trump, Miller, and Noem. Hold them accountable. Achieve a fair shake for the American people as billionaires gain more and more power and control over our daily lives.  This moment requires courage and moral clarity, not cowardice and capitulation to the tyranny we are seeing every day.
