Trump is breaking down the doors of our judiciary. And too many courts are
letting him do it.
From attacks on fundamental rights to cruelty toward immigrants and
political opponents, Trump’s authoritarian agenda has torn through

dangerous nominees, defend judicial independence, and start building a
