I wanted to reach out personally one last time before the month wraps up, Johh.

Look…I've said it before, and I'll say it again: I know how heavy everything feels right now.

There are days when staying engaged feels exhausting, when the constant stream of headlines out of Washington makes it tempting to shut it all out just to get through the day. I feel that, too.

But when we have a sitting President who talks openly about ending elections, and when we keep witnessing abuses of power that strip people of their dignity, it becomes clear that shutting down is exactly what extremists are counting on.

I sure as hell am not doing that. Instead, I'm using every tool I have to fight back: pushing for real oversight, standing up to abuses by agencies like ICE, working with colleagues to strengthen legal accountability, and voting to block extremist priorities whenever they come before Congress.

Flipping the House and protecting Democratic-held seats like this one is how we draw a real line.
