In less than 50 days, Illinois will have its primary elections. For the first time in years, Illinoisans will have the opportunity to choose their next U.S. Senator. And right now, your choices are between me — someone who has a track record of delivering for Illinois families and will fight tooth and nail for our people — or my opponent, who is running on the Democratic ticket, yet is being funded by MAGA advisors, an author of Project 2025, and even an ICE contractor.

Every day from now until the primary, what we do collectively as a grassroots team will determine whether we win this race or fall short to someone bought out by MAGA influence.

And right now, we are in a critical moment where the trajectory of our campaign can change — and we don’t get a second chance once the clock runs out.

After we close out January, my team will have to make critical budget decisions for our campaign. Those decisions will determine what kind of campaign we run in the home stretch of this race.

That means how many organizers we keep on the ground. Whether we can afford to run ads to counter my MAGA-backed opponent and reach voters who don’t yet know what’s at stake. And whether we can build a movement strong enough to beat special interest money, power, and influence.

This campaign has always been powered by people like you — people who believe that Illinois deserves a Senator who will show up, stand firm, and fight like hell for working families.
