I have so much to tell you about my heart-wrenching and truly inspiring trip to Minneapolis (I’ll share some reflections with you tomorrow), but I just got an update from my fundraising team, and I have to bring this to your attention immediately:
Our End of Month Fundraising Deadline is tonight, and we're still $8,317 away from our goal.
Look, we've had an incredible start to our campaign.
Our first month and a half has seen us smash most of our goals, gain the support of both incredible progressive leaders and thousands of everyday people (not to mention my political home, the Working Families Party), and build a formidable campaign that is ready to fight, not fold all the way through November.
But all that can end far too quickly if we don't keep hitting our goals — and that starts with the one we have tonight.
So please, John, we're just a few hours away from our deadline. Can you chip in to make sure we reach our goal before it's too late?
