Today is the final day of January, and for our families, it’s a moment of reflection as we look at the year to come.

When we started this organization, we did so to turn our profound personal grief into a clear plan to keep your children and communities safe. Because of you, we’ve been able to make significant changes for safer schools. The work ahead is significant, but by coming together, we have the support we need to advocate for real change.

Walking the halls of Congress or testifying at state capitals is deeply personal for us. We do this work to honor the loved ones we lost and to help ensure that no other family has to endure that same pain. 

February is always a hard month for us. So we want to enter this month with the momentum and financial stability needed to create long-lasting progress for school safety.
