The National Journal just released a definitive ranking of this year's 20 most competitive congressional races, and, to no one's surprise, our district was included.

John, this is what we mean we say we’re running in one of the toughest districts in the country. Nationally, ME-02 is getting a lot of attention this year -- including, unfortunately, from dark money and special interest groups.

Running in a competitive district like this means that every dollar counts. If we can turn out just one more supporter, or sway just one more voter, or air just one more ad, it could mean the difference between winning and losing.

That’s why it’s so important that we meet our monthly goals. They help keep us on track and make sure we’re raising what we need to keep this race competitive.
