The United Indian Associations of Southern California celebrated the 77th anniversary of India’s Constitution and Republic Day! It was a day of highlighting Indian culture, history, and recognition of achievements in the Indian American community.

The celebration highlighted the strength, pride, and unity of the Indian American community in Southern California.

As National Slavery and Human Trafficking Prevention Month ends, our fight to stop human trafficking across our communities must continue.

I launched a Congressional Task Force to uplift survivors and confront traffickers, and I’ll keep fighting to ensure victims are heard.
