Patriot,

When I got to Washington, I noticed something immediately: The
politicians who lecture you about "safety" and "climate" rarely
practice what they preach.

They want to pass laws forcing you to buy expensive "safety tech" that
drives up the cost of your car. They tell you it’s essential. They
tell you it’s a moral obligation.

But I’ve been a car dealer for decades. I know that if you want to
know what a buyer really values, you don't listen to their sales
pitch, you look at what they bought.

So, I did a little due diligence.

I walked through the Senate parking lot and checked the VINs of my
Democrat colleagues' cars.

For those who don’t know, the VIN (Vehicle Identification Number)
tells you everything. It tells you exactly what options were installed
at the factory. It is the DNA of the car.

And here is what I found:

The same Senators trying to mandate expensive tech for your family did
not buy it for themselves.

When it came time to spend their own money, they skipped the
"essential" upgrades. But when it comes to spending your money, they
are happy to make it mandatory.

I brought this up in a committee hearing. I laid out the facts.

And they completely lost it.

They didn't defend their hypocrisy. They didn't explain why the rules
are different for them. Instead, they screamed at me. They called it
an "invasion of privacy" that I looked at a number visible through
their windshield in a public lot.

They were furious because they got caught by the one guy in the Senate
who actually knows how cars work.

This is exactly why I am here. I’m not part of their club. I don’t
play by their "gentleman’s agreements" where we pretend their
hypocrisy doesn’t exist.

I am going to keep checking the VINs. I am going to keep reading the
fine print. And I am going to keep exposing them.

If you want a Senator who will check under the hood and tell you the
