Because when leaders break the rules, families pay the price.

John,

Earlier this month in Beverly, people showed up for the Hands Off protest because they understand something simple: When democracy is weakened, everyday life gets harder.

When leaders ignore the rules, they don’t just undermine elections: they block affordable housing from getting built; they strip away health care protections; they let costs rise while families scramble to make ends meet. Authoritarian overreach affects working families the most.

Seth was at the Hands Off protest because he believes in our democracy, and he understands that protecting democracy is how we can achieve affordable healthcare, safe communities, fair wages, and a real chance to get ahead.

As we head into the final days of the month, this campaign has an important fundraising goal to hit so we can keep organizing, keep showing up, and keep building the power it takes to defend democracy and deliver real progress for families across Massachusetts.

If you believe in keeping hands off our democracy and building a future that works for everyone, we hope you’ll consider making a $50 contribution before the end of the month.
