This was an exciting moment for me: 

I officially filed the paperwork to appear on the ballot for U.S. Senate here in Ohio.

As a former secretary of state, I feel such pride and anticipation when election season kicks into high gear. 

Especially this year. 

There’s so much at stake in Ohio – which is why The New York Times named Ohio a key battleground and why corporate special interests are already airing misleading ads attacking me.

Billionaires and their pals in Washington are scared of our pro-worker movement. And they should be: Two polls show we’ve got a small lead, and now, we’re officially on the ballot. 

I need your help to keep our momentum going. The first end-of-month fundraising deadline of the election year is on Saturday, and it’s critical we meet our $150,000 goal.

That’s why I’m asking 500 grassroots supporters to contribute $5 now to help us reach our January end-of-month fundraising goal, win in Ohio, and flip the Senate.
