[link removed] [[link removed]] John,
This week, Trump’s FBI raided the Fulton County election office in Georgia.
Let me be clear about what that means.
President Trump still refuses to accept the truth about the 2020 election. And now, his administration is escalating efforts to relitigate the past and intimidate the people who run our elections. Just days before the raid, Trump publicly promised that “people will soon be prosecuted” for what they did in 2020.
That should alarm every American.
I’m asking you today to help me push back. Will you chip in $10 or more before our end-of-month fundraising deadline to defend the rule of law and the freedom to vote? [[link removed]]

What’s happening in Georgia is not isolated. It’s part of a broader pattern we’re seeing right here in Minnesota.
The Trump Department of Justice has demanded access to private voter data on millions of Minnesotans. They have refused to explain why they need it or how it would be used. When we followed the law and said no, they sued.
Now we see federal law enforcement descending on a local election office in Georgia, reopening old conspiracies and sending a chilling message to election workers across the country.
This is how trust is undermined. This is how public servants are intimidated. And this is how disinformation becomes policy.
In Minnesota, we have one of the strongest election systems in the nation. Nearly 80 percent of eligible voters cast ballots. Elections are run by neighbors and community members who take their responsibilities seriously.
I will not allow fear, intimidation, or false narratives to tear that down.
But defending democracy takes resources. If you believe election officials should be protected, not targeted, please chip in before our end-of-month deadline. [[link removed]]
Thank you for standing with me,
Steve
