Friend,
January tested our nation and our
commitment to our democratic experiment in ways no one could have
thought possible.
The deployment of masked ICE agents
to Minnesota left two innocent civilians dead, thousands fearing for
their lives, and an entire state under siege as the Trump
Administration refuses to draw down ICE agents or admit
wrongdoing.
The videos coming from the streets
of Minneapolis left me horrified and enraged at what has befallen our
country. But in these moments I saw the best of our nation – Americans
from all walks of life coming together to help their neighbors and
defend their homes and stand up for democracy.
I am proud Country First
didn’t hesitate joining the fight for justice and
accountability. We rallied our volunteers on a moment's
notice from across the country to flood Senator Tillis and Murkowski’s
offices with calls demanding they open up immediate and impartial
investigations into DHS and ICE.
Here's the good news!
It worked! Both Senators are now calling DHS and ICE to
come before Congress and answer to the American people.
This wasn’t an accident. This
happened because donors like you made this work
possible.
I’m not about to ask you to make a
contribution because of some arbitrary “end of month deadline” or
countdown clock. My team and I value our relationship with our members
too much to resort to those tactics, especially at a moment like
this.
I’m
asking you to make a January contribution, because what we raise in January will
determine whether we have the strength to expand this kind of pressure
campaign as Donald Trump ramps up his assault on our democracy heading
into the 2026 midterm elections.
If you’re able to give before the
month ends, you’re not “meeting a deadline.” You’re
helping set the tone for what’s going to be a difficult fight
ahead.
Thank you,

Adam Kinzinger
BREAKING: To make our cause even more urgent, we
just learned Trump’s FBI under the guidance of Tulsi Gabbard raided a
Georgia elections office in a desperate attempt to spark renewed
conspiracies over the 2020 election.
Country First was founded in the
immediate aftermath of January 6th. The very foundation of our
electoral democracy is at stake. Minnesota
has shown us the power of collective action, your contribution will
give us the power to meet this threat head on.
