Aloha —
This week Governor Josh Green delivered the 2026 State of the State Address, where he shared the progress we have made over the last three years — and a vision for Hawaii’s future.
If you stand with Josh, please chip in a donation of $10 or any amount before our end-of-month fundraising deadline tomorrow at midnight.
Since day one, Governor Green has taken action to make Hawaii more affordable, including:
- Delivering the largest tax cut for the middle class in Hawaii state history.
- Doubling the earned income tax credit and the food tax credit, and increasing the child and dependent care credit — putting $88 million per year back in the pockets of working families.
Josh has continued working to decrease homelessness in Hawaii:
- Under Josh’s leadership, Hawaii has made the largest investment in reducing homelessness in state history.
- We have built 25 kauhale villages statewide — to help reach our goal of cutting homelessness in half statewide by the end of this year.
Josh is also working to make healthcare more accessible and affordable in Hawaii, by:
- Including $16.5 million in the 2026 budget to cover the cost of the Affordable Care Act enhanced tax credits for Hawaii residents.
- Securing nearly $190 million in federal Rural Health Transformation funds for fiscal year 2027 — nearly $1 billion over five years — to modernize rural healthcare and expand access.
If you support Josh’s vision for Hawaii, please chip in a donation of $10 or any amount before our first end-of-month deadline of the year tomorrow at midnight.
Thank you for supporting Josh and being part of Team Green.
Mahalo,
Team Green
