This five-day cycling experience honors the 25th anniversary of 9/11, benefiting Livestrong, Friends of Firefighters, and the Boston Fire Cancer Foundation. From September 6-10, first responders and civilians will ride 343 miles from Boston to New York City to honor the 343 first responders who gave their lives on 9/11—and the thousands more who continue to face higher rates of cancer and mental health challenges because of their work on that day and beyond. Only 500 cyclists can take part in this once-in-a-lifetime journey. Ready to be one of them?
Every year, we look for ways to make systemic change at the highest levels. In 2026, we’re amplifying our voice for cancer survivors by focusing our grassroots advocacy in 3 areas:
Survivorship-centered access to care and insurance protections to reduce financial strain and gaps in coverage
Digital innovation and AI to make the cancer care system easier to navigate
Sustainable public investment in cancer care to secure long-term funding that supports innovation, equity, and improved survivorship outcomes nationwide
