dollars paying phone and internet bills for nearly 94,000 deceased individuals
through the FCC’s Lifeline program.

Almost twenty percent of the recipients passed BEFORE THEY WERE EVEN ENROLLED
in the program.

And fifteen percent were CONFIRMED DECEASED before the benefits kicked in!

According to the official report, California accounts for over 80% of the
deceased individuals participating in Lifeline.
