Folks, today, I'm asking you to join my fight to protect this seat and support Democrats in key races across Virginia – because the reality is, the path to retaking the House and the Senate runs right through the Commonwealth. If that’s all you need to hear, you can pitch in before tomorrow's end-of-month deadline right now >> [link removed]
Now, let me give you 3 reasons why I’m asking for your support today:
1. Virginia is ready for the midterms. I've been crisscrossing the Commonwealth, and I can tell you firsthand: people are fed up with Republicans in Congress who refuse to hold Trump accountable. The energy I'm seeing out there to elect leaders that will stand up to this corrupt president is unlike anything I've felt in years.
2. Energy alone doesn't win elections. I wish it did. But the truth is, this enthusiasm has to be matched with organization. We need to turn the frustration I'm hearing into votes, and that means doing the hard work of building a campaign that can go the distance between now and November.
3. The foundation we build today determines what's possible in the fall. Every dollar we raise right now is a dollar toward more organizers on the ground, more ads reaching persuadable voters, and a stronger voter turnout operation when it matters most. We can't wait until September to start that work.
That’s why I’m reaching out and asking you to donate $5, $10 – anything you’re able to give makes a difference – to help my campaign reach our $220,000 January fundraising goal before midnight tomorrow. [link removed]
The fight continues,
Mark Warner
