Commerce invites planners to join us for the next installment of the Periodic Update Workshop Series, hosted in partnership with the Municipal Research and Services Center (MRSC).
This workshop will focus on climate planning to support jurisdictions with periodic updates due in 2027, including for partially planning jurisdictions.

- Overview of House Bill 1181 (Chapter 228, Laws of 2023)
- Updates from the recently published Commerce guidance
- An update and technical support from Washington Geological Survey (Department of Natural Resources)
- Climate element case studies: City of Langley
