The required actions include issuing a public statement adopting biology-based definitions of “male” and “female,” acknowledging that the sex of a human is unchangeable, and sending formal apologies to all players who were on the volleyball and beach volleyball teams with Fleming, as well as to players who refused to compete against Fleming.
