Over the last few weeks, Pacific Justice Institute has seen clear, public evidence that the momentum of our work is accelerating. These are not isolated wins. They are early indicators that the legal strategy, persistence, and faith behind this ministry are bearing fruit.
Just days ago, a jury awarded $7.5 million to our clients in a landmark First Amendment retaliation case against a Texas school district. This verdict sends a powerful message nationwide: government officials do not get a free pass to punish Americans for exercising their constitutional rights.
At the same time, PJI has taken a church preschool case all the way to the United States Supreme Court, challenging California laws that condition basic licensing on the waiver of constitutional freedoms. This is exactly the kind of case that shapes precedent for generations to come.

Our goal is simple and bold: to raise the funds necessary to expand Pacific Justice Institute’s legal capacity by building a nationwide team of attorneys capable of defending freedom in all 50 states. Specifically, the 25/50 Campaign is focused on funding the strategic growth of our legal team over the next several years, allowing us to add and sustain up to 25 additional attorneys where constitutional conflicts are increasing most rapidly.
This campaign is not tied to a single case or a single moment. It is a long-term investment in the future of religious freedom, parental rights, and civil liberties. It gives us the ability to step into complex cases earlier, carry them further, and stand firm when opposition is strongest, without being limited by staffing or resources.
