The clock is ticking, and your 2026 Annual Fund Drive contribution has never been more important. With your urgently needed gift, you will help support crucial priorities for the year, including:
Provide care and support, including our free 24/7 Helpline (800.272.3900). Staffed by master's-level care consultants, our Helpline received over 204,000 calls and online chats in 2025, assisting those in crisis as well as helping address the ongoing needs of people impacted by Alzheimer's.
Advancing critical Alzheimer's and dementia research through our current investment of $450 million in over 1,200 active best-of-field projects in 56 countries so that, one day, we may realize our vision of a world without Alzheimer's and all other dementia.
Supporting research studies, including U.S. POINTER — a two-year clinical trial to evaluate whether lifestyle interventions that simultaneously target many risk factors protect cognitive function in older adults who are at increased risk for cognitive decline.
Advancing public policy that will increase federal and state research funding and support those impacted by Alzheimer's.
Now is the time to do more, not less. You can be part of the changes that help us propel our momentum in 2026. I know I can count on you at this critical time to help further our mission to lead the way to end Alzheimer's and all other dementia — by accelerating global research, driving risk reduction and early detection, and maximizing quality care and support.
Please hurry. We have just hours left in our 2026 Annual Fund Drive. You can have a lasting impact that will be felt by millions today and by future generations who will, one day, be able to live without fear of Alzheimer's.
With deep appreciation,
Donna McCullough
