Israel Admits Gaza Death Toll Is Real
|
Israel's defenders have spent years insisting the Gaza Health Ministry’s “Hamas War” death counts are terrorist propaganda. But they aren’t. The Israeli government admitted it on Thursday.
The IDF has finally fessed up to killing a minimum of 71,667 Palestinians since beginning its operations “against Hamas,” acknowledging that the Health Ministry’s casualty estimates are actually lower than the correct count. Israel has wounded at least an additional 171,343 people since its conflict began, and some assessments say the total number eclipses 500,000.
Will the liars who dismissed the Gaza Health Ministry’s data as antisemitic apologize? We’d be shocked. They defend Israel no matter what. The truth is of distant secondary importance.
The IDF’s own data show that 83% of those killed in Gaza were civilians. That means Israel now admits it has slaughtered nearly 60,000 innocents in response to October 7th, when Hamas killed under 825 noncombatants. Indonesian Police Brutally Lash Woman for Having Premarital Sex

Indonesian police on Thursday publicly lashed a woman 100 times for having sex outside of marriage. She cried throughout the beating.
Officials carried the “criminal” on a stretcher to an ambulance after the assault. Other offenders also received lashings, including a police officer and his female partner, whom law enforcement said committed the “crime” of being in close proximity to each other in a private place.
This story has an obvious takeaway: Aceh, Indonesia, is not free. Its people suffer under iron-fisted rulers who do not hesitate to spill their blood.
Iranian citizens face a similar ordeal, living under a regime that does not value their lives. Ted Cruz has repeatedly pushed for American intervention in Iran, saying he wants to help that country’s brutalized people gain freedom. Isn’t it interesting that he cares about Iran, but not Indonesia? Why might that be? The answer is simple. Ted’s Israeli masters demand he push for Iranian regime change because it would serve their interests. They don’t care about Indonesia, so neither does Cruz. American Airlines to Restart Flights to Venezuela

Nicolás Maduro won’t set foot in Venezuela any time soon. But you could.
American Airlines on Thursday announced plans to resume flights from the U.S. to Venezuela, opening the door for Americans to fly commercial to the South American country for the first time in seven years. The move came after Donald Trump asked the Transportation Department to lift its ban on flights to the oil-rich nation.
American began operating in Venezuela in 1987 and remained the country’s largest U.S. airline until 2019, when the U.S. government outlawed flights between the two nations. The resumption date is unknown, as the Federal Aviation Administration will need to conduct assessments before the voyages begin. That process will likely take months to begin. Read more. |
U.S. Issues License for Oil Companies to Operate in Venezuela

The Trump administration on Thursday granted American oil companies expanded access to operate in Venezuela, authorizing them to buy, sell, transport, or refine the South American country’s liquid gold.
The U.S. took control of Venezuelan oil exports after Nicolás Maduro’s arrest. America’s involvement in the region has reportedly deterred Chinese state-owned company PetroChina from acquiring Venezuelan oil, which it formerly bought at heavily discounted prices. Venezuelan lawmakers recently reformed their country’s strict hydrocarbon law, ending decades’ worth of socialist restrictions on the nation’s oil industry.
It’s hard to know whether U.S. companies want to enter the Venezuela business. If they do, whether their access to the country’s resources will make America more prosperous is anyone’s guess.
With that said, we can report with 100% certainty that Donald Trump’s motives are pure. The president remains outraged that the American people got no oil out of George Bush’s Iraq invasion, and he sees Venezuela as an opportunity to right that wrong. This isn’t some plot designed solely to enrich donors and shaft the public. He wants it to help average Americans. Read more. |
White House Reaches Government Shutdown Deal with Democrats, but Senate Refuses to Vote |
The last government shutdown feels like just yesterday. The next could start at midnight.
The Trump administration reached a government funding agreement with Senate leaders on Thursday, positioning Washington to remain open beyond tonight’s deadline. Lawmakers failed to advance the package, however, setting up an 11th-hour race against the clock to keep the government active.
“I hope we can get these issues resolved,” Senate Majority Leader John Thune told reporters last night. “Right now, we got snags on both sides, but tomorrow’s another day.”
The White House’s deal separates Department of Homeland Security funding from bills to keep the rest of the government open, avoiding a vicious partisan fight amid increased tensions over ICE. The Senate’s proposal will move to the House upon the Upper Chamber’s approval, then to the president’s desk. Read more.

The convicted sex trafficker and former Epstein partner in crime recently claimed that 25 of the billionaire’s unnamed associates made “secret settlements” to avoid prosecution. The agreements related to sex abuse allegations, Maxwell said.
The imprisoned 64-year-old’s lawyer argued that his client’s prison term should end because the alleged settlements represent “collusion” between the plaintiff attorneys and the government. The deals saved the associates from going to court, according to Maxwell’s petition.

You may recall our recent reporting on Hunter Biden’s stripper baby mama demanding his arrest. The Ukrainian gas expert/renowned artist/former first son refuses to comply with his child support agreement and should therefore spend time in a cell, ex-stripper Lunden Roberts says.
Biden’s legal team pushed back on the mother of his child’s claims this week, arguing that Biden’s ghosting of his daughter does not matter because he never agreed to play a role in her life. Like a woman who has unprotected sex then complains about getting pregnant, he refuses to take responsibility for his behavior.
“Any failure to communicate with the Child is not punishable by contempt, as the Order does not order Defendant to communicate with the Child,” Biden’s lawyer wrote in a Tuesday court filing.
Imagine giving your daughter that message. Five-year-old Navy Joan Roberts could have been the one good thing Hunter got from his years of degeneracy, but instead, he cowardly pretends she doesn’t exist. He may be off the drugs, but he still needs serious help. Read more.

Young mother Jasmine Mamiya was udderly shocked to discover her growth of a third boob after giving birth to her second child.
Mamiya told her perplexing story in a recent TikTok video, explaining that she expected breastfeeding to go smoothly until a hospital consultant delivered her eyebrow-raising medical news. Mamiya’s pregnancy triggered a surge of hormones to target an invisible strip of breast tissue in her armpit, prompting the development of a third boob.
“She’s like, ‘Yeah, you have a third nipple on your armpit,’” Mamiya recalled the consultant telling her. She previously assumed it was nothing more than a skin tag.
Can armpit boobs produce milk? It turns out, yes. But Mamiya has no desire to venture down that path.

Anyone pushing for a regime change war with Iran should remember that America has a terrible history of similar projects. What’s happening in Syria proves it.
You’re probably familiar with the story’s basic outline. Permanent Washington spent years insisting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad had to go, falsely painting the doctor-turned-politician’s ouster as a key American interest. Assad shared a strong relationship with Vladimir Putin, so neocons longed to get ‘em out.
The foreign policy establishment got its wish in 2024, when Syrian rebels, naturally aided by foreign string-pullers, removed Assad from power. They celebrated the decapitation as a glorious victory; a win for democracy lovers and freedom fighters everywhere. Down went the tyrant.
The next question, as it always does, revolved around what would happen next. Who would take Assad’s place? The answer was former Al-Qaeda terrorist Ahmed al-Sharaa. We’re not joking. America’s “victory” was the installation of a Bin Ladenite. Imagine telling that to an American Airlines Flight 11 passenger before their plane rocketed into the World Trade Center.
How would you imagine things have gone since Sharaa took office? Are the U.S. and Syria suddenly brothers in arms in the battle for truth and justice? That’s where this week’s news enters the picture.
You may recall Monday’s newsletter, which reported on Lindsey Graham and Mike Pompeo insisting that America must “protect the Kurds.”
Why was that important? Because the Kurds, a Syria-based Iranic ethnic group whose security matters more to Washington than the Southern border, were in serious danger. From whom? That’s where this gets mind-numbing. They were in danger from Ahmed al-Sharaa. The former terrorist, who visited the White House last year, recently ordered his army to conquer territory controlled by the U.S.-allied Syrian Democratic Forces, which the Kurds lead.
See how this works? First, America must intervene in Syria because Bashar al-Assad is very bad. Then, once he’s gone, Senator Graham and his friends insist we still must intervene because Assad’s replacement, whom we propped up, is also very bad. We supported Sharaa because he’s not Assad, but now we must fight him because he opposes the cherished Kurds. No matter what, the conclusion remains the same: America must continue embracing foreign entanglements.
Any clear-minded person can see that this is chaos. One day we side with X, the next we side with Y, and before we know it, we’ve armed the entire Middle East to fight each other for reasons that have nothing to do with our country. But at least the exercise gives Lindsey Graham some purpose. He clearly needs it.
This story is relevant to Iran because it shows the obscene complexity of regime change. There is no way to know how overthrowing the Ayatollah would turn out, no matter how confidently Washington beats its chest. What if the Islamic Republic’s new leadership turns out worse than its current, as Syria’s in some ways has? Neocons are risking that fate.
Oh, and as for the Kurds? It seems like they’ll be alright. They reached a deal this morning to merge with the Syrian government. Now, Lindsey Graham can rest easy at night. We wonder what he’ll come up with as his next excuse to send Americans to die overseas.
