Last week, a poll showed me five points ahead of Senator Collins. That news came right after we learned that we outraised Collins last quarter.

So we're expecting even more outside spending by groups linked to Mitch McConnell and Washington Republicans who are desperate to keep Susan Collins in the Senate, voting for their interests. A wave of attack ads is coming.

That's why my team set a goal of generating 70,000 individual contributions before the end of July -- so we have the resources we need to fight back.
