Kristi Noem needs to resign. She swore an oath when taking up a government office, and 12 months later, she's done nothing but dishonor and disrespect that oath. She has grown ICE into a force that targets American citizens and harasses them with reckless and sometimes fatal tactics. 

She treats peaceful protesters — a sacred First Amendment right — as enemies. 

She allows ICE to wreak havoc unchecked across the country, and with no oversight and accountability, even commenting and essentially refusing investigations into their murders. 

As Americans, we cannot allow this to continue. She is the enemy of our values, and she must go. 

And if she dares to come to Rhode Island, she will regret it.
