I’m a rancher in Southeast Kansas. When I tell people I’m running for Congress, sometimes they will pretty bluntly ask: “Are you crazy? Why would you want to deal with the mess in Washington?

My answer? I didn’t serve my country to let it all go to hell. If not me, then who?

I know families across our state are stressed. I know the damage caused by misguided tariffs on our farms, our workforce, and our families’ budgets. And Trump’s actions on the international level are destroying our reputation and standing.
