Dear Employer,

Earlier this week you received an email pointing you to sample forms you can use to notify your employees of Maine’s Paid Family & Medical Leave program.

There was a typo in the forms, which was quickly fixed after the email went out.

*The corrected version reads*: “Employer(s) don’t have to hold your job for you unless you’ve been employed by them for more than 120 consecutive days.”

If you accessed the sample forms shortly after you got that email, please make sure to go back and get the corrected version to share with your employees.
