John --
It doesn't take being elected to Congress to know unlimited corporate money should have no place in our democracy. It’s one of the worst aspects of our political system.
But until we change the laws and end Citizens United, we need to do things the right way. That’s why Mike made the decision early on to reject all corporate PAC money to his campaign.
That means our movement is funded by individual donors chipping in what they can afford. It's how we flipped this seat in 2018, and with your help, it's how we'll keep it blue in November:
Friday marks our July end-of-month fundraising deadline. It’s been a slower fundraising month than usual and we’re really counting on your help to reach our $30,000 goal. Will you chip in $3, or whatever you can afford, to help us hit this mark?
If you’ve saved your information with ActBlue Express, your contribution will process instantly.
This decision was a no-brainer for Mike.
No corporate PAC strings allows him to fight for issues that truly matter to his constituents -- just the way it should be.
Unfortunately, we don’t expect our opponent to make the same pledge, so if we’re going to stay in this fight, we’re going to need your help:
Can you chip in $3 toward our end-of month goal today?
Thanks,
Team Levin HQ
