Last week, I was in the Twin Cities for the memorial of Renee Nicole Good and a hearing with local officials about ICE. Now, DHS agents have killed another person, Alex Pretti, in the streets.

I’m heartbroken and angry, and I’m taking every action I can to hold ICE accountable:

• I co-introduced Articles of Impeachment [[link removed]] against DHS Secretary Kristi Noem. (160+ Democrats have now signed on!)

• I’m calling for full accountability and prosecution of immigration agents who commit crimes – NO qualified immunity for state-sanctioned violence.

• I voted F*** NO on the DHS funding package [[link removed]] , and I urge every member of the Senate to reject it as well. No Democrat – no human – should vote to fund this terror.

I’m so grateful for the Minnesotans helping their neighbors while monitoring ICE with whistles and cameras. I’m thankful for all of you making calls, sending money via StandWithMinnesota.com [[link removed]] , and doing what you can from afar.

Please also remember to rest, drink water, and take breaks from scrolling. These days take an emotional, mental, and physical toll. Take care of yourself and each other.

P.S. As I write this, Border Patrol commander Greg Bovino has just been demoted and dismissed from Minneapolis. Trump is also withdrawing some agents from the city. Our pressure is working – thanks for everything you do.
