It’s officially been 10 years since I joined Emerge - first as Political Director, and then in 2020, I became President of the organization. Emerge has seen substantial growth over these 10 years, and we are ready to rise together, remain resilient, and move forward with determination to build a better future.

Emerge has a proven track record that paves the way for us to continue bringing transformative change in politics. We have more than 1,200 dynamic and fearless Emerge women currently serving in Congress, state legislatures, and local governments across the country. Last year alone, our Emerge candidates achieved a 77% win rate, bringing new energy and vision to public office.
