The Toronto Police Service confirmed that they wouldn't participate in the gun confiscation program.

The facts are undeniable:

• This buyback will have zero impact on crime.
• It targets licensed citizens, not the criminals and thugs who are the real problem.
• It’s a massive taxpayer-funded boondoggle that steals money that should go to supporting our police forces.
