The Assessor’s Homeowner Resource Fair brings experts together in one place to help current and future homeowners get the guidance they need to understand Prop. 19 and its impact on family inheritance, navigate the property tax implications from the death of a property owner, receive clarity on trusts and probate, and receive resources and advice for first-time homebuyers.
