Yesterday the RNC attacked me, calling me a “deranged conspiracy theorist.”

They’re mad because I exposed the real reason Donald Trump is using immigration enforcement to create chaos in the streets of America: to invoke the Insurrection Act and rig the midterm elections.

Earlier this week I told you I would not vote for another penny for DHS and ICE’s budget as they terrorize America. I told you that the Republican party and the far-right was going to come after me for that decision. And here we are, seeing the attacks start to roll in.

I will not back down from my commitment to stopping ICE’s violent reign by stripping them of their funding.

I will not back down from pushing to end Qualified Immunity so we can hold ICE officers and other federal agents accountable in court.

I will not back down from demanding that Kristi Noem be impeached for her deadly incompetence as DHS Secretary.

The Republicans can call me any nasty names they would like. I don’t care. I will not be intimidated.

So please: If you’re with me as I hold the line in this critical moment for the future of our democracy, chip in to have my back today. I can take on any and all Republican attacks as long as I have a huge grassroots team at my side, ready to take on Trump’s ICE crackdowns and win justice for those who have been beaten, disappeared, and killed in this chaos.
