We’re asking today because Phil is prepared and ready to serve as your governor. He came to this state three decades ago for a job interview and, having raised his kids here, he knows that Colorado is the best place to live and raise a family.

After that first job, he clerked for Justice Ruth Bader Ginsburg and worked for the Justice Department before coming home to Colorado for good. As the People’s Lawyer, Phil knows how our state government works — he’ll be ready to serve Coloradans on day one.

And that experience in our state matters. Because right now, we can’t afford to slow down the fight.

In Phil’s time as attorney general, he’s protected workers from abusive employers. He’s taken on unethical, irresponsible corporations. And he’s defended Coloradans from the Trump Administration’s lawless attacks and bullying — suing Trump over 50 times in just one year, and already winning in more than 30 cases.
