The Board of Industrial Insurance Appeals has been seeking an experienced workers compensation attorney to represent a claimant in a workers compensation appeal before the BIIA. The BIIA has ordered that the claimant be appointed counsel as a reasonable accommodation under GR 33 and the Americans with Disabilities Act. This is our third posting of a request for proposals for this worker, and it identifies an increased low end and high end competitive market rate. Consider representing this worker. The worker has appealed a Department order rejecting his claim. The attorney appointed will be paid on an hourly basis based on qualifications and experience.
