Why this moment matters:

To pass this federal budget, Senate Republicans need Democratic votes. Without them, the bill cannot move forward. Due to public outrage, the entire Senate Democratic Caucus has agreed to block $64.4 billion in DHS funding — including $10 billion for ICE — unless real accountability reforms are enforced.

This is our leverage and Senate Democrats must use it. Sign the petition demanding them to withhold funding unless ICE is held accountable.
