Congressman John B. Larson proudly represents Connecticut's First District. As the product of public housing, public education, and public service, John knows firsthand how good government can positively impact a person’s life.

John,
Yesterday at the State Capitol, John Larson did what he has always done: he showed up, spoke out, and stood with communities under attack.
At an Indivisible rally in Hartford, John joined hundreds of activists and community members to condemn the brutality and unchecked power of ICE after federal agents shot and killed another Minneapolis resident. When others tried to downplay the violence, John refused to look away.

When John speaks this plainly, when he challenges powerful federal agencies and calls for real accountability, the backlash is immediate. That’s why grassroots support matters so much right now.

This wasn’t a one-off moment. John has consistently led efforts to rein in ICE and protect our communities:
* Called for criminal prosecutions and independent investigations into ICE killings
* Held Homeland Security Secretary Kristi Noem’s feet to the fire
* Fought to redirect ICE funding toward health care and affordable housing
* Supported checks on ICE raids to protect schools, hospitals, and places of worship
John believes silence is complicity, and he refuses to be silent.
FIGHT BACK » [[link removed]]
John closed the rally by thanking those in attendance and promising the fight will continue, and he will win.
With your support, he will.
Thank you for standing with John.
